Parental Payments

We are a cashless school. Parents use our secure online e-payment system to pay for trips, after-school clubs and school ties. We have now moved to MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) for all online payments. You can either pay through the Portal (access below) or you can download the MCAS app from either Google or Apple.

What is MCAS used for?

We do not accept cash or cheques in our school. MCAS makes us more secure and allows us to accept payments 24hrs a day online. We use ParentPay for parents to pay for trips, after school clubs, school ties and school meals for KS2 (Year 3 and above) children, who are not Pupil Premium.

Already have an account?

Parents have been using MCAS to view information about their children already, there’s just a new section on the left called “Products”. These are split into various categories, currently Family Dining, Ties and Wraparound Care.

New to Bromcom (MCAS)?

If you have not received any details on how to long onto MCAS, please contact admin@onedegreeacademy.org

More than one child?

If you have more than one child at ODA, there accounts will be linked and you will be able to access their accounts from your single school account.
