Spring Term Club Letter - Dec 18
We are really excited about our after school clubs programme for the Spring term. This is open to all year groups. Our list of after school clubs for the Spring term until Easter is below:
Starting: Monday 14th January
Led by our PE teacher and using our gym equipment, children will develop their gymnastics skills.
Starting: Tuesday 15th January
Led by a professional musical theatre producer and performer. Adam is
really looking forward to hearing our amazing voices as the children prepare a short performance to be showcased at the end of term
Starting: 10th January
Delivered by Elite football coaches who are also PE teachers and hold level 1 and 2 FA coaching badges.
*This will require the children to have their PE kit in school on club day to change into after school.
Each club costs £35 for the whole term. This equates to approximately £3 per session and is less than last year! Similar to last year, payment and signup will be through Parent Pay. The option to sign up and pay a £5 deposit for a club will appear on your account and the deposit must be paid to book the club. Places will be allocated to those that sign up first. Places are limited to 12 children per club, except for Football club which has 18 spaces. Please sign up before Wednesday 19th of December to avoid disappointment.
After children have signed up, we will request the remaining payment of £30 through Parent Pay and this can be paid in installments. If there are any places remaining, you can sign up at a reduced rate mid-way through the term.
If you need to activate your parent account, please speak to reception and we can provide login details again. Please ensure you have paid any current outstanding balances on your account to be able to sign up your child for clubs next term.
We do not wish to deny any child from taking part in any club due to financial reasons so please speak to your child’s form tutor or myself if you have any concerns with the above.
Children will be learning skills that will build on each other each week so they need to commit to coming for a term. Once your child has been signed up for the term, you cannot cancel their place. We cannot provide any refund if your child is unable to attend a session due to illness, absence or a session has to be cancelled.
Please ensure your child is picked up on time at 4:00pm from the school.
Children must follow the expectations of the instructor during all of the above sessions to ensure that they can continue to participate.
By signing up for a club on Parent Pay, you are agreeing for your child to take part in the activity and suffers from no medical conditions that may prevent them from taking part. Please acknowledge this when you sign up on Parent Pay using the notes box.
